What is the personal information processing policy?

Welcome to Sullivan Plus. Sullivan Plus provides fast and accurate image recognition utilities. After taking an image, define the image for the user using the built-in camera capture function.

We have created this privacy policy to inform you about data processing. We process personal information-sensitive data in the context of our services. We value the careful handling of this data and do our best to process your personal data carefully, safely and confidentially. In this privacy policy, we describe what kind of personal data we collect, use, and for what purpose. The personal data we process depends on the services we provide to you. Collecting personal information.

We are collecting the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide services.

Information such as device information (OS, screen size, device ID, phone model name, terminal model name), cookies, date and time of visit, fraudulent use records, and service use records can be automatically generated and collected during the service use process.

We use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to help measure traffic and usage trends to our Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our services, including the web pages you visit, additional features and other information that helps us improve our services. We collect and use this analytics only to improve your service experience.

[Log file information]

Log file information is automatically reported by the browser whenever you request access to a web page or app (ex: visit). It can also be provided when downloading content from a web page or app to a browser or device.

When you use our service, our server automatically records specific log file information, including your web request, Internet protocol ("IP") address, browser type, reference/termination page and URL, number of clicks, and how you interact with the link. Services, domain names, visit pages, inquired pages, and other information. You can also collect similar information from emails sent to you to track which emails the recipient opened and which links clicked. Destruction of personal information

Personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved, and the procedure and method are as follows.

In the case of an electronic file, it is safely deleted so that it cannot be recovered or reproduced.

However, the information destroyed after storage for a certain period according to the internal policy is as follows.

  1. The information below will be stored for up to one year from the date of withdrawal and then destroyed.
  1. To send information and respond to CS inquiries, the Sullivan Plus account and the email address for withdrawal guidance are encrypted and stored.

What is a Cookie?

Purpose of use

Tuat uses cookies which save and retrieve user information in order to provide personal customized service. When a user visits the website, the website server reads cookies stored on the user's device to maintain environment settings and customized services. Cookies help the user use the website easily and conveniently by finding out the user's preferences. Also, they are used to provide customized marketing information by tracing the number of visiting to the website and use patterns.

Users' personal information is transmitted through encrypted communication channels, and important information, including passwords, are encrypted when stored.

Systematic standards are applied when creating and updating passwords in systems that store personal information database and process personal information. Standards are also applied to authorizing access to systems and audits are conducted on a regular basis.

Training and campaigns on personal information protection and security are held for all Tuat employees who handle users' personal information.
